The initial consultation is typically 90 minutes but could go up to 120 minutes. This session entails talk therapy, setting desired outcomes, discussing what to expect, approximate sessions required, and information about you and the challenge you are facing in order to tailor a treatment plan. Then towards the end of the session provided you are happy to start, we will do your first Hypnosis session. In-clinic or online consultations are available.

Subsequent sessions include talk therapy and Hypnosis. . subsequent consultations including package sessions are approx. 60 minutes each, and includes following up on goals, results achieved and any new information to be added or treatment plan to be amended.
